Burger Bowl & Fries
Servings: 6
*an amazing recipe to prep for the week, just leave the lettuce out and add it in each time you make yourself a bowl!
Ingredients:
6 Yellow Potatoes (medium, cut into fries)
Olive Oil spray
Sea Salt & Pepper
2 lbs Extra Lean Ground Beef
8 tbsp Light Mayo
8 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
5 tbsp Pickle Juice
5 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tbsp Ketchup
2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
1 large head Romaine Lettuce
3 Tomatoes (medium, chopped)
1 large Red Onion
1 cup Pickles (finely chopped)
1 head Broccoli (finely chopped)
Directions:
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F
Spray the sliced potatoes in olive oil, season with sea salt, and cook them in the air fryer for 20 minutes, tossing once or twice, until browned and crispy. Season with a little more salt when you flip!
Spray a pan with more olive oil. Season beef with salt, paprika, garlic powder & onion powder. Divide the seasoned beef evenly into 6 patties, approximately three inches wide (7.5 cm), and Cook in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through.
For the dressing add mayo, greek yogurt, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, apple cider vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and salt into a sealable tupperware. Shake hard to mix!
Divide the lettuce, tomato, red onion, broccoli, pickles, and fries evenly between bowls. Top with burger patties and the Big Mac sauce. Enjoy!
Bonus tip: I toss the already cooked fries back in the air fryer for 3-4 min each time I go to make myself a bowl so they are always fresh and crispy:)
