I was looking for a program that was supportive and encouraging as I was coming back into exercise after having two babies. This has been such an incredible experience. The atmosphere is positive and my coach Tessa is knowledgeable on modifications. I was just going to do one round initially, but you truly can't beat the feeling of being in a gym with other strong women who cheer you on and help keep you accountable. To be in such a safe space is the best feeling. Nothing matches it!

Tried something new and it is worth all the jitters. I haven't been in a group workout for a long while since moving out of the city and it took some time still to find a new one. My goals are to challenge myself, build new self-care habits, routine, and feel stronger and connect with others. And so far, with coach Tessa I've been checking off these goals and more. I feel more confident with my body again and learning how to listen to it while trying new strength building movements every morning workouts. I am not a morning person but really liking this new routine and the people I workout with first thing in the AM. It's worth checking out!

Never having been to a gym or program like this, I was hesitant and nervous to sign up. But Tessa was incredibly easy to talk to and encouraging. As a stay at home mom, I was worried that I would be behind most or all of the other women in our group, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a lack of judgment, and support that extended even beyond the walls of the gym. The trainers are fantastic - compassionate, sensitive, motivating, and knowledgeable. The program has taught me so much, about fitness, nutrition, and about how to build those things into life-long habits (vs just for the length of the program). At a time in my life when things have been complicated and challenging, this was the one thing I could rely on to be consistent, and the people there to be encouraging and supportive. The knowledge and growth this program provides is invaluable. I'm so grateful for the people I've met, the strength I've gained, and all the things I've already learned and accomplished.
