While a random, sweaty, one off fitness class is fun, it is exactly that, a random one off sweaty class! But in order to make significant progress that you desire (whether this is body composition related or performance related) you need to be in a progressive overload program. In other words, you need a fitness program that is giving you more than 1 sweaty hour. A progressive overload program follows a period of time progressing you each session, by changing the weight scheme, tempos used, exercise variations/difficulty to ensure you are making true progress and getting better every time you step into the gym.

14-Week Training Program

A 4-pillar training system designed to help women achieve sustainable, life long physical & mental transformation during their busiest season of life & maintain it. Whether you’re deep in your career or education path, a parent, or maybe all of the above, this is made for you, to get true results.

What makes Steinbach Strength Club different?

〰️You will have your own trainers the entire 14 weeks. They will give you personal feedback and support you through every session to help you make real progress

〰️We will teach you how to track your workout session to guarantee mind-blowing transformations

〰️Your Lead Trainer will not only continuously support you inside the gym, you will also have her support outside of the gym, for whatever you need

〰️The entire 14 week program is completed with the same group of women. Helping you build meaningful friendships and deeper accountability support systems

〰️Going on a trip? Have a conflict? We will give you custom workouts whenever you cannot make it in-person to a session

〰️Once you consistently crush 3 workouts a week you will have the option to add in a 4th workout (at home or at your own gym) we will fully customize the 4th workout to you and your goals, equipment you have available, and ensuring it fits in with our current program structure

〰️You will learn to eat for you body’s needs rather than being given a standard meal plan that wasn’t actually made for you

Steinbach Strength Club 14-Week Training Program

  • One-on-one Goal Setting Session with your Lead Trainer to go over your fitness history and goals in all areas: health, daily habits, fitness performance, and body composition

  • 3 Training Sessions / week for 14 weeks with your Lead & Support Trainer following our Strategic Steinbach Strength Club Training Program customized to your needs

  •  Lifting Seminar before the program starts to learn proper technique, safety, and modifications

  • A Nutrition Education Course to learn how to shift your eating habits, improve your relationship with food, and achieve your body composition goals

  • Our Accountability Partner Program to help you stay consistent through the entire program and finish what you started

  • Personal support from your Lead Trainer outside of workouts via text and voice-note for when you need a little extra encouragement

  • Customized mobility routines, travel workouts, and additional programming to make sure you are always supported

  • An optional opportunity to have a 4th workout created specifically for you in line with your goals (and the current program) to take your training to the next level after being consistent with the scheduled 3 gym sessions / week

  • Mid program 1:1 deep dive check in with your Lead Trainer via Zoom to connect further on anything health & fitness related to your journey

  • Access to over 500+ recipes & menus

  • Wellness Day with a team of health experts to dive into other related health & fitness areas that will impact your fitness journey

  • Monthly yoga / mobility / or sound baths to help your body relax and allow your muscles to recover from training

  • From every session to every exercise, we customize it to exactly what you need. We provide exercise variations for each client's abilities and help you choose the right weights to challenge yourself but stay safe! We work with women who have never set foot in a gym before and can promise that you will be in good hands and supported wherever you are at in your journey.

    Our job is to give you as much coaching and feedback as possible. We meet you where you're at no matter what.

  • Yes! We specialize in working with postpartum clients! As long as you have clearance from your Doctor and can comfortably complete daily tasks without pain, we will ease you into the program at your own pace, and show you how to safely build back your core strength.

    Our Lead Trainers are pre and postnatal certified and love supporting clients on their pregnancy and postpartum fitness journey.

  • Lucky you!! Have so much fun!! We do everything we can to support our clients when you head out of town for work or for holidays.

    Your Lead Trainer will provide you with as many vacation workouts as you need, and will customize them based on the equipment, space, and time you have available while away.

  • This program (and life) is about creating consistency, not perfection. There is nothing wrong with missing a session here and there, but we want to support clients who are dedicated to their goals and willing to take 3 hours each week for themselves.

    You are deserving of this experience, and the goals you have for yourself, and we are here to support you with flexibility in scheduling and home workouts whenever needed!

  • Amazing! With this program you have the ability to add a fourth session into your schedule each week if you want one. This can be done at home, or at a public gym.

    This is by no means required in order to make incredible progress, but we want to support our clients who want the ability to do a little more.
