Air Fryer Nectarine with Yogurt

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup

  • Sprinkle Cinnamon

  • 1 Nectarine (cut in half, pit removed)

  • 1/3 cup Greek Yogurt (or DF option)

  • 1 tbsp Pecans (chopped)

Directions:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350ºF (175ºC).

  • Drizzle the maple syrup and cinnamon over the cut side of the nectarine and place in the air fryer, cut side up. Bake for nine to ten minutes, until softened and just starting to brown around the edges.

  • Spoon the yogurt in a bowl and add the nectarine. Top with pecans. Enjoy!
