Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Bites

Makes 8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Strawberries (chopped)

  • 1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • 1 1/2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt (flaky)

Directions:

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl combine the strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey and mix well.

  • Spoon about 3 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in clusters until the mixture is used up. Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer for about 90 minutes, until completely frozen.

  • Combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl and microwave on high for 30 to 45-second intervals until melted. Stir with a spoon to fully combine.

  • Remove a few clusters at a time from the freezer and dip into the chocolate until fully coated, using a fork to remove. Transfer back to the same baking sheet and repeat until all clusters are coated. Garnish with sea salt and place in the fridge until the chocolate has hardened.

  • Serve from the fridge and enjoy!
