Crockpot Ramen

Ingredients:
1lb extra lean Ground Beef
1 cup Matchstick Carrots
1 Red Bell Pepper (large, sliced)
4 stalks Green Onion (chopped, plus more for garnish)
2 crowns of Broccoli
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
2 cups Beef Broth
4 packs of Ramen Noodles (individual serving)
2 tsp Sesame Seeds (toasted)
Directions:
Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until it's no longer pink, for about 3-5 minutes. Transfer to the slow cooker.
Add the carrots, broccoli, bell pepper, and green onions. Stir in the garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sweet chilli, and broth.
Cover and cook for four hours on high or six hours on low. About 30 minutes before serving, add the ramen noodles to the slow cooker. Stir frequently to ensure the noodles are evenly coated and cooked.
Divide into bowls and top with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
