Creamy Strawberry Overnight Oat

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Milk of choice

  • 1 cup Oats

  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 1/4 cup Hemp Seeds

  • 1 cup Strawberries (chopped)

Directions:

  • Add the milk, oats, yogurt, maple syrup, and hemp seeds to a large container. Stir well to combine. Seal and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least eight hours.

  • Store in the fridge until ready to eat. Serve with strawberries and enjoy!
