Spicy Black Bean & Avocado Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 Avocado (medium)

  • 1 cup Black Beans (drained, rinsed)

  • 1 Lime (juiced)

  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cilantro (chopped)

  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper (seeds removed, finely diced)

  • 1/4 cup Red Onion (finely diced)

Directions:

  • Add the avocado, black beans, lime juice, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.

  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl. Add in the cilantro, jalapeño, and red onion. Mix well and enjoy!
