Cobb Salad

Ingredients:
1 medium boiled egg
1/2 Buffalo Chicken Breast
2 strips of side bacon
1/2 ripe vine tomato (chopped)
1/3 avocado (sliced)
2 tbsp chives
2 tbsp blue cheese (crumbled)
1 cup spinach
3 hearts romaine
Red Wine Vinaigrette
Red Wine Vinaigrette:
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp dijon mustard
.5 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°. Season your chicken breast with salt on all sides, and brush with hot sauce + vinegar mixture. Bake in the oven for 16-22 minutes until completely cooked all the way through.
While the chicken is baking, cook you strips of bacon in a frying pan on medium heat and boil your egg.
Chop your ingredients and build your salad, layering greens with egg, chicken, bacon, tomato, avocado, and blue cheese.
To make your dressing, whisk together red wine vinegar, olive oil, honey, dijon and garlic and drizzle onto your salad.
