Salmon Pesto Pasta Salad

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups short noodle pasta of choice (uncooked)

  • 3 cans Canned Wild Salmon (drained, flaked)

  • 3 cups Baby Spinach (chopped, packed)

  • 2/3 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes (drained and chopped)

  • 1/2 cup Pesto

  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)

Directions:

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions. When the pasta is done cooking, run it under cold water for a minute and drain well.

  • Combine everything in a bowl and mix until well coated. Serve, and enjoy!
