Shrimp Black Bean & Corn Salad with Chips

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Black Beans (cooked)
1 1/2 cup Corn
1 lb Shrimp, Cooked (chopped)
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp garlic (minced or swap for powder)
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lime (juiced)
Salt & Pepper
1 Avocado (medium, cubed)
2 cups Cabbage (finely chopped)
5 cups Corn Tortilla Chips
Directions:
In a large bowl combine the beans, corn, shrimp, cabbage, cumin, oil, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
Mix in the avocado after the rest
.Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
