Chocolate Shells
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 serving Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tbsp Cashew Butter
1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Add the yogurt, protein powder, and cashew butter to a large bowl. Use a hand mixer to whip until thoroughly combined and fluffy. If you don’t have one, just whisk with a fork really well!
Stir in sliced bananas
Spoon the yogurt evenly into bowls and set aside.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave on 30-second intervals stirring between so it doesn’t burn.
Pour the chocolate over the yogurt, using the back of a spoon to smooth it out. Transfer to the fridge until the chocolate has set, about ten to 15 minutes. Enjoy!
