Fried Egg BLT

Ingredients:
1 tsp Olive Oil
2 Eggs
Sea Salt & Black Pepper
1 tbsp light Mayo
2 slices Sourdough Bread (toasted)
4 big leaves Lettuce
1/2 Tomato (sliced)
2 slices Bacon, Cooked
Directions:
In a small pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
Cook the egg in the pan until the whites are set and the yolk is cooked to your liking. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.
Spread the mayonnaise over the toasted bread. Add the toppings, leaving the egg until last. Slice in half and enjoy!
