Fried Egg BLT

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

  • 2 Eggs

  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper

  • 1 tbsp light Mayo

  • 2 slices Sourdough Bread (toasted)

  • 4 big leaves Lettuce

  • 1/2 Tomato (sliced)

  • 2 slices Bacon, Cooked

Directions:

  • In a small pan, heat the oil over medium heat.

  • Cook the egg in the pan until the whites are set and the yolk is cooked to your liking. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.

  • Spread the mayonnaise over the toasted bread. Add the toppings, leaving the egg until last. Slice in half and enjoy!
