Apply & Almond Oat Crumble

Ingredients:
4 Apples (medium, peeled, cored, chopped)
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Sweetener of choice
1/4 cup Butter or DF alternative (cold)
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup Almonds (finely chopped)
1/2 cup Oats
3 cups Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
2 scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400ºF
Add the apples, cinnamon, lemon juice, and 1/4 of the sweetener to a saucepan over medium heat. Cover and cook for five minutes, or until the apples have softened. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
Meanwhile, place the butter in a mixing bowl with the almond flour, almonds, oats, and the remaining sweetener. Rub together with your fingertips until roughly combined.
Transfer the apples to a baking dish and drop chunks of the oat mixture over the apples. Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden and bubbling.
Divide the yogurt into bowls or tupperware and whisk with vanilla protein until smooth. Top with the apple crumble and enjoy!
