Chocolate PB & J Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup quick oats 

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2/3 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

  • 1.5 tbsp natural peanut butter 

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder 

  • 1 serving chocolate whey isolate protein OR vegan chocolate protein

  • 2 tbsp stevia or monk fruit

  • Small splash of milk

    Directions:

  • Put your oats, chia, and raspberries in a microwave safe bowl, stir them, and pour in enough water so that your ingredients are covered, but just barely (we don’t want soggy oats)

  • Microwave for 90 seconds

  • Remove from microwave and stir in peanut butter, cocoa, protein, and sweetener

  • Stir well and add a splash of milk for consistency if needed

  • Throw the bowl back in the microwave for 30 more seconds

  • Remove from the microwave and enjoy!
