Chocolate PB & J Oats

Ingredients:
1/3 cup quick oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
2/3 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1.5 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 serving chocolate whey isolate protein OR vegan chocolate protein
2 tbsp stevia or monk fruit
Small splash of milk
Directions:
Put your oats, chia, and raspberries in a microwave safe bowl, stir them, and pour in enough water so that your ingredients are covered, but just barely (we don’t want soggy oats)
Microwave for 90 seconds
Remove from microwave and stir in peanut butter, cocoa, protein, and sweetener
Stir well and add a splash of milk for consistency if needed
Throw the bowl back in the microwave for 30 more seconds
Remove from the microwave and enjoy!
