Ingredients:
1 serving whey isolate or vegan protein
1 cup cinnamon toast crunch (or your fave cereal)
1 cup milk of choice
⅔ cup berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp chia seeds
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Directions:
In a shaker cup, mix milk, protein, chia, and cinnamon.
Pour on top of cereal and berries and enjoy!
