Ingredients:

  • 1 serving whey isolate or vegan protein

  • 1 cup cinnamon toast crunch (or your fave cereal)

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • ⅔ cup berries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

    Directions:

  • In a shaker cup, mix milk, protein, chia, and cinnamon.

  • Pour on top of cereal and berries and enjoy!
