Whipped Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cottage Cheese

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 1 cup any fruit (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/3 cup Granola

  • 1 tbsp nut butter of choice

  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts

Directions:

  • Add the cottage cheese, but butter, and maple syrup to a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

  • Transfer to bowls or containers, if on-the-go. Top with berries, granola, hemp hearts. Enjoy!
