Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 frozen banana 

  • 1 big handful frozen spinach

  • 1 cup ice cubes 

  • 1.5 tbsp natural peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder 

  • 1 serving chocolate whey isolate protein OR chocolate vegan protein

  • Optional: Sugar-free chocolate syrup

Directions:

  • Throw all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth & delicious.

  • Swirl chocolate syrup into the glass and then pour in the smoothie. Enjoy!
