Dill Pickle Popcorn

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Popcorn Kernels OR 2 bags plain microwave popcorn
1 tbsp Pickle Brine
3 tbsps Butter (unsalted, melted)
2 tsp Dried Dill
1 tsp Sea Salt
Directions:
In a large, saucepan heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the kernels, cover, and wait a few seconds for the kernels to start popping. Continuously shake the pan until the kernels stop popping. Remove from heat.
OR You can just make plain popcorn in the microwave and add topping
Add the pickle brine to the melted butter. Toss the freshly made popcorn with the melted butter until evenly coated. Add the dill and salt. Toss to coat completely. Enjoy!
