Salted Chocolate Popcorn

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

  • 4 cups Popcorn

  • Sea Salt

Directions:

  • Melt the chocolate in a small pot (stir regularly) or in 30-second intervals in the microwave (stir each time you take it out)

  • Add the popcorn to a large bowl. Pour the melted chocolate all over the popcorn. Use a spatula to mix and evenly coat the popcorn.

  • Sprinkle the salt all over and mix again. Spread the popcorn out onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

  • Leave at room temperature for about an hour to allow the chocolate to harden. Enjoy the best sweet & salty snack!
