Strawberry Yogurt Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt (any flavour)

  • 1/3 cup Chia Seeds

  • 1/2 cup Milk of choice

  • 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Strawberries (chopped)

  • 3 tbsp Peanut Butter

  • 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds

Directions:

  • Add the yogurt, chia seeds, milk, and strawberries to a medium-sized bowl. Stir well to combine.

  • Place in the fridge for 25 to 30 minutes or until thickened.

  • When ready to serve, stir in the peanut butter and garnish with the hemp seeds. Enjoy!
