Tuna Rice Cucumber Bowl

Ingredients:
2/3 cup Jasmine Rice (dry, uncooked)
2 tbsp light Mayo
1/2 Lemon (juiced)
Sea Salt (to taste)
1 can Tuna (drained)
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
1/2 Cucumber (medium, sliced)
1 avocado (thinly sliced)
Directions:
Cook the rice according to package instructions.
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, soya sauce, and lemon juice. Season with salt. Add the tuna to the bowl and mix well.
Divide the cooked rice, tuna mixture, and cucumber slices between bowls and enjoy!
