Crab Rolls

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Mayo of choice
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Sea Salt & Black Pepper
1 cup Fresh Lump Crab Meat, Cooked
1/2 Cucumber (large, chopped into small pieces)
2 stalks Green Onion (thinly sliced)
1 tsp Hot Sauce
2 Hot Dog Buns (toasted)
1/2 head Boston Lettuce (leaves separated)
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, combine the crab meat, cucumber, green onions, half of the mayonnaise mixture, and hot sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the remaining mayonnaise mixture inside the buns. Top with lettuce and crab salad. Serve immediately and enjoy!
