Crab Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Mayo of choice

  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard

  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper

  • 1 cup Fresh Lump Crab Meat, Cooked

  • 1/2 Cucumber (large, chopped into small pieces)

  • 2 stalks Green Onion (thinly sliced)

  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce

  • 2 Hot Dog Buns (toasted)

  • 1/2 head Boston Lettuce (leaves separated)

Directions:

  • In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.

  • In a bowl, combine the crab meat, cucumber, green onions, half of the mayonnaise mixture, and hot sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Spread the remaining mayonnaise mixture inside the buns. Top with lettuce and crab salad. Serve immediately and enjoy!
