Creamy Avocado & Tuna Pita

Ingredients:
1/2 large OR 1 small high fibre pita
1 can albacore tuna
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts or chopped broccoli
1 handful spinach
1/3 cup red onion (chopped)
1/2 medium avocado
1 tbsp light mayo or vegan mayo
2 tbsp light sour cream, plain greek yogurt, or dairy-free alternative
Juice from 1 lime
1 handful fresh dill or 1 tbsp dried
Salt and pepper
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together tuna, mashed avocado, onion, sour cream, mayo, lime juice, and salt and pepper
Layer your pita with spinach, sprouts, avocado tuna mixture, and enjoy!
