Halloumi Tzatziki Wrap

Ingredients:
5 oz Halloumi (sliced)
2 Tortilla Flatbreads
1/4 cup Tzatziki
1 cup Mixed Greens
1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes (cut in half)
1/4 cup Red Onion (sliced)
1 tsp Oregano
1 cup Mushrooms (sliced)
Salt and pepper
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Directions:
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the halloumi slices and mushrooms until golden brown, about one to two minutes per side.
To assemble, place the tortillas on plates and top evenly with tzatziki, mixed greens, tomato, onion, halloumi, mushrooms and oregano. Enjoy!
