Halloumi Tzatziki Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 5 oz Halloumi (sliced)

  • 2 Tortilla Flatbreads

  • 1/4 cup Tzatziki

  • 1 cup Mixed Greens

  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes (cut in half)

  • 1/4 cup Red Onion (sliced)

  • 1 tsp Oregano

  • 1 cup Mushrooms (sliced)

  • Salt and pepper

  • Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Directions:

  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the halloumi slices and mushrooms until golden brown, about one to two minutes per side.

  • To assemble, place the tortillas on plates and top evenly with tzatziki, mixed greens, tomato, onion, halloumi, mushrooms and oregano. Enjoy!
