Turkey & Provolone Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp Pesto
2 slices Sourdough Bread
1/2 cup Arugula
100g Sliced Turkey Breast
2 slices Provolone Cheese
1/2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
Spread the pesto onto both slices of bread. Top with arugula, sliced turkey, and cheese. Close the sandwich.
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-low heat. Once hot, add the oil and place the sandwich in the skillet. Cook until lightly browned on one side, flip and cook the other side.
Remove from the skillet. Slice and enjoy!
