Turkey & Provolone Grilled Cheese

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Pesto

  • 2 slices Sourdough Bread

  • 1/2 cup Arugula

  • 100g Sliced Turkey Breast

  • 2 slices Provolone Cheese

  • 1/2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:

  • Spread the pesto onto both slices of bread. Top with arugula, sliced turkey, and cheese. Close the sandwich.

  • Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-low heat. Once hot, add the oil and place the sandwich in the skillet. Cook until lightly browned on one side, flip and cook the other side.

  • Remove from the skillet. Slice and enjoy!
