Turkey & Honey Mustard Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices toasted high fibre bread

  • 50g sliced deli turkey 

  • 1/2 apple (thinly sliced) 

  • 2 slices white or orange cheddar cheese

  • 1 tbsp honey mustard 

  • 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced) 

  • 3 leaves romaine lettuce

  • salt & pepper

Directions:

  • Delish tip: toast the bread first, or even better, throw the whole thing in a pan (with lid) or toaster oven to make it melty and delicious
