2 slices toasted high fibre bread
50g sliced deli turkey
1/2 apple (thinly sliced)
2 slices white or orange cheddar cheese
1 tbsp honey mustard
1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
3 leaves romaine lettuce
salt & pepper
Directions:
Delish tip: toast the bread first, or even better, throw the whole thing in a pan (with lid) or toaster oven to make it melty and delicious
