Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 serving vanilla whey isolate protein OR vegan vanilla protein

  • 1 whole apple (sliced & frozen)

  • 1 cup ice 

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or MCT oil 

  • 1 cup frozen spinach 

  • pinch of ground ginger 

  • 1 tsp cinnamon 

  • 1 tsp nutmeg 

  • Optional: top w/ DF whipped cream

Directions:

  • Throw all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth & delicious. Enjoy!
