Apple Pie Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup milk of choice
1 serving vanilla whey isolate protein OR vegan vanilla protein
1 whole apple (sliced & frozen)
1 cup ice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut oil or MCT oil
1 cup frozen spinach
pinch of ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
Optional: top w/ DF whipped cream
Directions:
Throw all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth & delicious. Enjoy!
