Salted Caramel Cookie Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup milk of choice
1 frozen banana
1/2 medium avocado
1/4 cup quick oats
1 cup ice cubes
1 serving caramel or vanilla whey isolate protein OR vegan protein
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp sugar-free caramel sauce
1 tsp sea salt
Directions:
Throw all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth & delicious. Enjoy!
