Salted Caramel Cookie Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 frozen banana 

  • 1/2 medium avocado 

  • 1/4 cup quick oats

  • 1 cup ice cubes 

  • 1 serving caramel or vanilla whey isolate protein OR vegan protein

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

  • 3 tbsp sugar-free caramel sauce

  • 1 tsp sea salt

Directions:

  • Throw all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth & delicious. Enjoy!
