PB & J Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 2/3 cup frozen strawberries

  • 2/3 cup frozen raspberries 

  • 1 big handful frozen spinach

  • 1.5 tbsp natural peanut butter

  • 1 cup ice cubes 

  • 1 serving vanilla, chocolate, or peanut butter whey isolate protein OR vegan protein

  • Top with: 1 tbsp crushed peanuts

Directions:

  • Throw all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth & delicious

  • Top with crushed peanuts and enjoy!
