Tuna & Avocado Hand Rolls

Ingredients:
1/3 cup White Rice (dry, rinsed)
2 Nori Sheets (quartered)
1 can Tuna (drained, flaked)
1/2 Avocado (peeled, sliced)
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
Soy Sauce
Directions:
Cook the rice according to the package directions and let cool down slightly. Then mix in the rice vinegar.
Top each nori sheet with rice, tuna, and avocado.
Serve the wraps with soy sauce to dip and enjoy!
