Tuna & Avocado Hand Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup White Rice (dry, rinsed)

  • 2 Nori Sheets (quartered)

  • 1 can Tuna (drained, flaked)

  • 1/2 Avocado (peeled, sliced)

  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar

  • Soy Sauce

Directions:

  • Cook the rice according to the package directions and let cool down slightly. Then mix in the rice vinegar.

  • Top each nori sheet with rice, tuna, and avocado.

  • Serve the wraps with soy sauce to dip and enjoy!
